These are the official rules for the USATF Where Have Your Wings Taken You Sweepstakes (hereinafter “Sweepstakes”). The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 pm (ET) on April 4, 2023 and ends at 11:59 pm (ET) on April 18, 2023 (“Entry Period”).
How to Enter – You are entered in the Sweepstakes when you (1) post a photo on your Instagram account of the best place track and field has taken you (your “Post”), (2) tag USATF (@USATF) in your Post and include the hashtag #ShowUsYourWings, and (3) follow USATF on Instagram, during the Entry Period (an “Entry”). To enter, you must (1) have a valid, public Instagram account, and (2) submit your Entry pursuant to the Instagram Terms of Use available at http://instagram.com/about/legal/terms/. If you do not have an Instagram account, visit http://www.instagram.com or download the free Instagram application and register in accordance with the enrollment instructions for a free Instagram account. If you choose to enter using your mobile device, standard data usage fees may apply. See your wireless provider for pricing plan details. Limit one (1) Entry per Instagram handle/person per day. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, Instagram duplication and repetition, or similar entry method or more than one (1) Entry per day will void all Entries for that Instagram handle/person and result in automatic disqualification. Dates subject to change. No entry fee or purchase is required to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law. To enter by mail, on a 3” x 5” piece of paper, hand-print your name, complete address, telephone number (including area code), date of birth and email address, and mail it in an envelope with proper postage affixed to: USATF Where Have Your Wings Taken You Sweepstakes, c/o Natalie Uhl, 130 E. Washington Street, Suite 800, Indianapolis, Indiana 46204. All mail-in entries must be received by USATF by April 20, 2023 in order to be considered. For each mailed in entry, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Each participant may submit one (1) mail-in entry per calendar day during the Entry Period. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by USATF. Limit: one (1) entry per envelope.
Internet – If for any reason the Internet portion of the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor or its subsidiaries and affiliates that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. If the Sweepstakes is cancelled for any reason, all entries received up to the point of termination will be included in a random drawing to award the Prize(s). Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications-line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment or software, or for failure of any automatic entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof - including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the name of the person on the entry form. ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
