Thursday, June 18 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Friday, June 19 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Credentials will be required for access into Hayward Field competition and practice areas starting Wednesday, June 17, 2026.

Credentials (RC, RMP)

Registered Coach ("RC") and Registered Medical Provider (“RMP”) (collectively “Support”) credentials are designed to allow an athlete’s coach and/or personal support access to specified areas that may include the stadium, warm-up area, and/or practice track for the purpose of preparing for competition and access to seating in the competition venue to support your athlete. Credentials are non-transferable and limited to one per eligible individual.

Credential Options

Both options are complimentary but require specific USATF requirements.

No Authorized Athlete Representative (AAR) credential is available at USATF U20 Championships.

Detailed Requirements

All requirements must show a "Green/Current" status on USATF Connect through at least the day after the last date of competition. "Pending" statuses will not be accepted.

RC – REGISTERED COACH
  1. USATF Membership: Current (2026) member and 18+ years of age.
  2. (Coach, Volunteer, or Officials) Background Screen: Valid NCSI screen.
    1. Accept and adhere to the SafeSport Handbook during the background screen.
  3. SafeSport Training: Current U.S. Center for SafeSport Training (valid for 365 days).
  4. Education Standard: Fulfill and submit verification via USATF Connect under Coach Certifications.
RMP – REGISTERED MEDICAL PROVIDER
  1. USATF Membership: Current (2026) and 18+ years of age.
  2. (Medical*) Background Screen: Valid NCSI medical licensure screen and NCSI background screen.
    1. Accept and adhere to the SafeSport Handbook and USATF Medical Code of Conduct during the background screen.
  3. SafeSport Training: Current U.S. Center for SafeSport Training (valid for 365 days).

*Please ensure “Medical” is selected from the blue “Add Background Screening” button on your USATF Connect profile.

How to Designate Support

Athletes are responsible for assigning their support personnel. You may designate one (1) RC and one (1) RMP.

  • Before the Event: Enter the individual’s USATF Membership Number directly into your online entry form.
  • After Registration Closes: Any changes must be made on-site at the athlete accreditation table.
  • Authorization: Only the athletes have the authority to designate or change their support personnel.
