Practice

  • Available at the Track on Friday, May 22nd starting at 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.
  • If you need weight room access, please email highperformance@usatf.org.
  • If you need additional practice hours, please reach out. 

Medical

Will be available at the Track ONLY, during practice and during competition, starting 90 minutes before the first event.

Annual Friday Night Meal

There will be a cookout for athletes on Friday evening at 6:00 p.m. at the track.

  • BBQ Brisket - BBQ Chicken - Pulled Pork
  • Loaded Cheesy Mash, Mac n’ Cheese, Western Beans, Green Beans & Coleslaw

Bibs

Officials will hand you your bib when you check-in for your event. Please check-in at your event area 30 minutes prior to the competition start time.

Implement Inspection

  • Saturday, May 23rd - 12:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
  • Athletes MUST Certify Implements at least 90 minutes before Start of Event.

Throws Adcancement

All competitors will get 3 attempts. After 3 rounds, 8 athletes will advance for 3 more attempts. Athletes will be reordered after 3 rounds. If there are 8 or less competitors, all competitors will have 6 attempts.

High Jump Progressions

  • W HJ: 1.68 - 1.73 - 1.78 - 1.83 - 1.88 (US Std) – 1.91 +.03

Pole Vault Progressions

  • W PV: 4.30 - 4.45 - 4.55 – 4.60 – 4.65 (US Std) +.05
  • M PV: 5.47 – 5.62 – 5.72 – 5.77 – 5.82 (US Std) - +.05

Drug Testing

USADA will be on-site for drug testing

Required Forms

Athletes will need to complete a sign: Tax forms for prize money, and medical release forms. These forms will be available on-site and sent prior to the competition date.
