Please note, the link to book hotel rooms is included in your Annual Meeting confirmation email/receipt. Anyone booking rooms within the block who are not yet registered for the meeting will have their room cancelled.

• What happens if the hotel block runs out of rooms? 
  • If the USA Track & Field hotel block sells out, a wait list is started and maintained by the travel department. Best efforts will be made to provide overflow hotel options for attendees. The JTeam Management hotel booking site will be updated with such options should it become necessary.
• Can I book extra nights before or after
  • Yes - attendees are allowed to book rooms before the start of Annual Meeting and after its conclusion, based on hotel availability. All additional nights will be the sole financial responsibility of the attendee.

  • Please contact your USATF Committee Liaison for any questions regarding travel allowances.

REGISTRATION

• How much is registration?
  • $385.00 per person - Before November 4, 2026 at 2:59 a.m. ET
  • $435.00 per person - On or after November 4, 2026 at 3:00 a.m. E
• ​Do I need to have a USATF membership to register and attend
  • ​Yes, a current USATF membership is required to register and atten
• Is there a late registration deadline or can I register on site?
  • There is no deadline for registration however, the price will increase on November 4, 2026 at 3:00 a.m. ET
  • In-person registration is not allowed however a latecomer may complete online registration at any time.
• Can I cancel my registration and receive a refund?
  • No, all sales are final
• Where do I pick up my credentials?
  • Credentials for Annual Meeting will be picked up at the Convention Center starting Wednesday afternoon, December 2 [hours coming soon].
  • Registrants are only allowed to pick up their own credential. Pickup for other attendees is not allowed.

TRANSPORTATION

• Is transportation provided between the airport, hotels, and Convention Center?
  • No - Transportation will not be provided by USA Track & Field from PDX airport to host hotels or from host hotels to the convention center.
  • Attendees will receive a complimentary, 5-day unlimited Max Light Rail pass AT THE CONVENTION CENTER during credential pickup. This pass permits unlimited use throughout the duration of the event, including your return trip to PDX airport. Complimentary passes are only provided to meeting registrants.
• How can I ride the MAX Red Line tofrom PDX
  • From your arrival gate, follow signs for “Baggage Claim”. Take the escalator or elevator down to baggage claim and follow signs for “MAX light Rail”. You can purchase ride fare on the platform and board any train after tapping your form of payment on the green Hop Readers located at the end of the platform.
• Does the MAX Light Rail operate 24 hours?
  • While the MAX runs every 15-20 minutes or less every day, it does not run 24 hours. Most lines begin service at 4 a.m. and end service around midnight. TriMet has information about the full schedules for each of the five lines on this website: https://trimet.org/max/#lines
• How long will my MAX Light Rail ride take?
  • Common trip times include:
    • PDX to downtown Portland: approx. 40 mins
    • PDX to Oregon Convention Center: approx. 30 mins
    • Oregon Convention Center to downtown Portland: approx. 10 mins
• Is parking available at the convention center?
  • Yes – driving directions and parking rates can be found HER

• Will there be any special events?
  • Yes - the following special events will be included in the 2026 Annual Meeting:
    • Opening Session - Thursday, 12/3 - 5:00 p.m.
    • Officials Hall of Fame Banquet – Friday, 12/4 - 6:00 p.m.
    • Awards Breakfast – Saturday, 12/5 - 6:30 a.m.
    • Night of Legends and Hall of Fame induction ceremony - Saturday, 12/5 - 6:00 p.m.
    • Closing Session – Sunday, 12/6 - 8:00 a.m.
  • Tickets to the Officials Hall of Fame Banquet and Night of Legends/Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony can be purchased while registering for Annual Meeting. Opening Session, Awards Breakfast and Closing Session are open to all attendees, free of charge.
• Will there be printed schedules? No – printed schedules will not be used in 2026
  • Meeting schedules will be available on the event website, digitally displayed on site and available in the BAND app

• Where can I find meeting information?
  • All meeting schedules and relevant information and the document library can be found on the EVENT WEBSITE
• Will Merch be on site?
  • Yes - the Team USATF Store will be on site at the Oregon Convention Center and selling merchandise during the 2026 USA Track & Field Annual Meeting [hours coming soon]
• What can I be reimbursed for?
  • Please contact your USATF Committee Liaison for any questions regarding travel allowances.
• Do I have to be invited to meetings to attend?
  • No – the meeting schedule will indicate if a meeting is OPEN or CLOSED. All open sessions are available for any registrant to attend. Closed sessions are by invite only.
  • You must be registered for Annual Meeting and be wearing your credential to attend any meeting.
• Is there a Business Office for attendees to utilize?
  • Yes – USA Track & Field’s IT department will operate a business center with a copier/printer/scanner for attendee use.
  • Hours and location of the Business Center can be found in the meeting schedule online and in the BAND app.
• Will luggage storage be available on Sunday during Closing Session?
  • Yes – luggage storage will be available at the Oregon Convention Center on Sunday during Closing Session for those individuals who will be departing immediately to PDX airport upon conclusion of the meeting.
