Credential Information

Credentials will be required for access into Icahn Stadium competition and practice areas starting Tuesday, July 21, 2026. All individuals will be required to show a photo ID to pick up their credentials. Credentials are non-transferable and can be revoked at any time by USATF.

Wednesday, July 22 8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Thursday, July 23 8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Friday, July 24 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Saturday, July 25 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Sunday, July 26 12:00 p.m - 3:00 p.m.
 

REQUIREMENTS FOR RECIEVING CREDENTIALS

Credentials (AAR, RC, RMP, PARA Athlete Support)

Authorized Athlete Representative (AAR), Registered Coach ("RC"), Registered Medical Provider (“RMP”), and PARA Athlete Support (collectively “Support”) credentials are designed to allow an athlete’s coach and/or personal support access to specified areas that may include the stadium, warm-up area, and/or practice track for the purpose of preparing for competition and access to seating in the competition venue to support your athlete. Credentials are non-transferable and limited to one per eligible individual. Additionally, all individuals seeking any credential must be in good standing with USATF at the time of receiving and throughout the time of holding the credential.

Credential Options

Registered Coach, Registered Medical Provider, and PARA Athlete Support credential options are complimentary but require specific USATF requirements. Authorized Athlete Representative credentials are available for a fee provided World Athletics and USATF requirements are met.

*Guide Athletes are considered athletes in all areas (same requirements as athletes).

Detailed Credential Requirements

All requirements must show a "Green/Current" status on USATF Connect through at least the day after the last date of competition. "Pending" statuses will not be accepted.

AAR – AUTHORIZED ATHLETE REPRESENTATIVE

  1. USATF Membership: Current (2026) member and 18+ years of age.
  2. (Coach, Volunteer, or Officials) Background Screen: Valid NCSI screen.
    1.  Accept and adhere to the SafeSport Handbook.
  3. SafeSport Training: Current U.S. Center for SafeSport Training (valid for 365 days).
  4. Authorized Athlete Representatives who represent able-bodied athletes must be listed on the World Athletics Directory and in good standing with USATF.
  5. Pay $200 Credential Fee

RC - REGISTERED COACH  

  1. USATF Membership: Current (2026) member and 18+ years of age.
  2. (Coach, Volunteer, or Officials) Background Screen: Valid NCSI screen.
    1. Accept and adhere to the SafeSport Handbook during the background screen.
  3. SafeSport Training: Current U.S. Center for SafeSport Training (valid for 365 days).
  4. Education Standard: Fulfill and submit verification via USATF Connect under Coach Certifications.

RMP - REGISTERED MEDICAL PROVIDER  

  1. USATF Membership: Current (2026) and 18+ years of age.
  2. (Medical*) Background Screen: Valid NCSI medical licensure screen and NCSI background screen.
    1. Accept and adhere to the SafeSport Handbook and USATF Medical Code of Conduct during the background screen.  
    2. *Please ensure “Medical” is selected from the blue “Add Background Screening” button on your USATF Connect profile.
  3. SafeSport Training: Current U.S. Center for SafeSport Training (valid for 365 days).  

PCA – PERSONAL CARE ASSISTANT  

  1. USATF Membership: Current (2026) member and 18+ years of age.
  2. (Coach, Volunteer, or Officials) Background Screen: Valid NCSI screen.
    1. Accept and adhere to the SafeSport Handbook during the background screen.
  3. SafeSport Training: Current U.S. Center for SafeSport Training (valid for 365 days).
How to Designate Support

Athletes are responsible for assigning their support personnel. You may designate one (1) RC, one (1) RMP. Para athletes under 18 or with the following impairment classes may also designate one (1) PCA: T/F 11, 12, 13, 20, 31, 32, 51, 52, 71, 72. No designation is necessary for AAR credentials on the athlete’s online entry.

  • Before the Event: Enter the individual’s USATF Membership Number directly into your online entry form.
  • After Registration Closes: Any changes must be made on-site at the athlete accreditation table.
  • Authorization: Only the athlete entered has the authority to designate or change their support personnel.
