Athletes may pick up their competition bibs and timing tag on Saturday, January 11 at a location to be determined or at the timing tent near the start line beginning at 6:00 a.m. race morning.
A World Athletics certified pre-verified 1.0 km course on Riverview Parkway and Town Center Parkway adjacent to the Trolley Square Mall at Santee Town Center, with the start/finish on Town Center Parkway behind the Mall.
The on-time entry fee will be $50 per individual. After this time, entries will be accepted only as late entries, up through Thursday, January 9, 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time. The late entry fee will be $100. Athletes wanting to enter the USATF Men’s, Women’s, & Masters 35km Race Walk National Championships must do so online using the USATF online registration. Registration link to be published on the USATF event page once established. Any masters athlete who enters and qualifies or is accepted for the USATF Men’s and Women’s 35km RW Championships will be automatically put into their proper age group in the results and be properly scored in the USATF Masters Championship, as well. Any masters athlete who enters but does not qualify for the USATF Men’s & Women’s 35km RW Championships, will be entered into the USATF Masters 35km RW Championships only. Any open athlete who enters but does not qualify for the USATF Men’s & Women’s 35km RW Championships, must re-enter the Open (non-USATF Championship) Division, following the instructions for the Open Division below. There will not be an additional entry fee or late fee charged if an athlete is forced to re-enter the Open Division under these circumstances.
