FAQ’s regarding Mears Connect shuttle service:
Guests will receive an email confirmation for each leg of their Connect service. The email will include all necessary information for boarding the service. It’s important you have access to the email account used to reserve your seat during your travels to ensure receipt of your QR code boarding passes 23 hours prior to each leg.
The cutoff time to make a reservation using the group link is 9 hours prior to your desired shuttle time. If you arrive at the airport and have not made a reservation, you will need to purchase a walk-up ticket at the retail rate.
