Direct shuttle transportation has been arranged between the Orlando International Airport and the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista for USATF Annual Meeting Attendees. You are able to add transportation for $50 per person, round trip at time of registration. For those selecting this purchase, we will send a request to gather flight information after on-time registration has closed. If you have registered and did not add transportation, you can add by modifying your registration prior to the end of on-time registration.
Transportation to the hotel will be available Wednesday, December 4 and Thursday, December 5. Departures will only be offered Saturday afternoon and Sunday from 4:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Detailed times will be posted once flight information is received.
After on-time registration closes, transportation will be able to be added onsite for $40 per person each direction.
