Team Processing

Please bring passports to National Team Processing!*

2024 Olympic Team Processing for ALL events will take place during the 2024 U.S. Olympic Team Trials – Track & Field in Eugene, OR at The Graduate Hotel - Playwrights Hall, 66 E. 6th Avenue, Eugene, OR 97401. All athletes who qualify for selection to the Team are required to complete Team Processing and should arrive promptly at the dates and times below. Athletes who fail to complete Team Processing will forfeit their rank for selection to the 2024 Olympic Games Team.
 
Athletes should bring the following to Team Processing:

• Travel and competition plans for the summer

• Cell Phone

• Valid U.S. passport*

• Necessary information to complete forms (contact information for agents, coaches, etc.)

*Athletes must have a current passport good for at least six (6) months after the return date from the 2024 Olympic Games (February 11, 2025).

Reminder: Without exception, those not completing Team Processing will not be eligible for selection to the 2024 Olympic Games Team.

Team Sign-up Schedule

Athletes should allot 3 HOURS for completion of the full Team Processing, which will include:

• Team USATF Team Processing
  • National Team forms
  • Uniforming
  • Travel and training planning
  • USATF/USOPC Medical team review
• Team USA Welcome Experience (formally known as USOPC Team Processing)
  • Nike - medal stand and Village wear
  • Ralph Lauren - Opening/Closing Ceremony apparel and Village wear
  • Oakley - sunglasses
  • OC Tanner - commemorative ring
  • USADA - resource purposes (no testing)
  • Picture station - official head shots

Athletes will need to come to Team Processing prepared with summer travel plans.
