Hotel Cost

$159.00 plus tax and $20 resort fee per room, per night.

Hotel Information

• The link to book the hotel will be provided upon confirmation of registration. If room is booked without registration, the reservation will be cancelled by USATF.
• Credit card will be required at time of hotel booking. The credit card will be used as a guarantee in case of “no show”. Incidentals will be charged to the credit card left on file at the hotel.
• If your hotel room is covered by a USATF Travel Authorization (TA), you will be required to book your own room and provide a credit card for guarantee. Any room nights covered by a TA will be moved to the master bill and covered by USATF.

Airport to Hotel Shuttle / Hotel to Airport Shuttle

Direct shuttle transportation has been arranged between the Orlando International Airport and the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista for USATF Annual Meeting Attendees. If you purchased transportation, please meet at the transportation booth in Terminal B by Baggage Claim 24. There will be USATF signage. You must check in with a member of J Team Management before boarding the shuttle.

Schedule is as follows:

• Tuesday, November 28 - First shuttle will depart at 11:30 a.m. and run hourly through 10:30 p.m.
• Wednesday, November 29 - First shuttle will depart at 8:30 a.m. and run hourly through 12:30 a.m.
• Thursday, November 30 - First shuttle will depart at 8:30 a.m. and run hourly through 5:30 p.m.

If you did not purchase transportation, you may make payment on-site at the cost of $40 each way.

Tickets are valid 7 days before, during, and 7 days after the meeting dates. To enter a park, both a park reservation and valid ticket on the same day are required. To make park reservations, you will need to sign-in to an existing Disney® Account or create a new one and link each ticket.
