Registration and Eligibility Requirements

Athletes that are a part of clubs that have not renewed for 2022 will be unable to select their affiliation until the club renews. This includes clubs that have auto-renew selected. After a club renews, athletes will be able to select their affiliation. Clubs are encouraged to renew early so athletes may select their affiliation.

Athletes may also register for the event as unattached and declare their affiliation after January 1 by emailing CrossCountry@usatf.org or on-site at packet pick-up on January 7. Affiliation changes will not be accepted after 7:00 p.m. on January 7.

2. Entry Deadline: On-time registration is open until Monday, January 3, 2022, at 11:59 p.m. PT. Late registration is open until Wednesday, January 5, 2022, at 11:59 p.m. PT.
3. No Late Entries: No entries will be accepted via phone, fax, or email after the close of online registration. No entries will be accepted at packet pick-up. No entries will be accepted on race day. Per new USATF Competition Rule 341.12, absolutely no changes will be allowed to runner team affiliation after the close of online registration.
4. Eligibility: You must be a 2022 USATF member to enter the USATF Cross Country Championships. All athletes must be citizens of the United States and eligible to represent the United States in international competition to be eligible for team scoring and for USATF medals and prize money. If you do not have a 2022 membership, please complete a membership application first at: https://www.usatf.org/home/top-utility-nav-content/membership-1.
