Hotel Cost

• $159.00 plus tax per night

Hotel Information

• The link to book the hotel will be provided upon confirmation of registration. If room is booked without registration, the reservation will be cancelled by USATF.
• Credit card will be required at hotel booking. The credit card will be used as a guarantee in case of “no show”. Incidentals will be charged to the credit card left on file in the hotel.
• If your hotel room is covered by a USATF Travel Authorization (TA), you will be required to book your own room and provide a credit card and the room charges will be moved to the master bill and covered by USATF.

Transportation

Mears Transportation is offering a $2 discount each way for the Mears Connect Standard shuttle for attendees of the 2022 USATF Annual Meeting. The group discount brings the cost to $14 each direction. Disney Tickets

To purchase specially priced Disney Meeting/Convention Theme Park tickets, please call 407-566-5600 or CLICK HERE. Tickets are valid 7 days pre-, during, and 7 days post-meeting dates. If you call, please advise the convention is being held at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista to assist in locating the event. Please note the cut-off date for advance purchase savings is 11/23/2022.
