Any USATF member 25+ as of July 22, 2021 can participate. Q: Is food available at the Cyclone Sports Complex? A: Yes, there will be a concession stand selling drinks and snacks. Q: Are showers and lockers available at the Cyclone Sports Complex? A: No. Q: What's the track surface? A: 400-meter BSS 2000 Hobart Texture Track Surface. Q: Will the meet provide starting blocks? A: Yes; you may use only meet-supplied starting blocks. Q: What kind of spikes can I wear? A: Maximum ¼-inch pyramid spikes only. We perform a spike check before you can compete. The Cyclone Sports Complex will be approximately 1/2 mile down the road on the right side. Q: When will the final schedule be posted? A: The full schedule, including heat times for running events and flight times for field events, will be posted approximately one week after the late entry deadline. The earliest will be July 8, 2021, two weeks prior to the first day of competition. Q: What is the process for entering a relay team? A: Relay teams may only enter on-site; however, each member of a relay team must also be entered in the meet as an individual. The normal entry process applies to each team member, including the deadlines. All relay teams must return their relay forms in the packet pick-up area by 10 a.m. on Friday, July 23 for the shuttle hurdle relays; 10 a.m. on Saturday, July 24 for the 4x800m relays; and by 2 p.m. on Saturday, July 24 for relays on Sunday. Q: Can I add an event or change my time or mark for an event? A: Yes, you may do so until the late entry deadline on July 1, 2021. After that date, no changes may be made. A: Running/Track Events: You must declare at least 60 minutes before the start of your event at the declaration area (schedule). Field Events: Athletes must declare at the field event check in tent at least 40 minutes before the start of all field events, except the pole vault. Declarations for events starting early each morning will be available the previous afternoon. Athletes competing in the first two groups of the pentathlon on Thursday should check in at the clerking area at least 30 minutes prior to the start of their age group.
