If you do not have a 2021 membership, please complete a membership application first before attempting to enter the trials. Online Entry Form
The online entry system is now open. Athletes may enter an event(s) even if they have not yet met the qualifying standard for that event(s). However, athletes will not be permitted to compete unless they have:
A 2021 USATF membership which is required to enter (please join online at https://www.usatf.org/home/top-utility-nav-content/membership if you are not a member).
Completed the entry process - Online entry is the only method of entry. No other form of entry will be accepted.
Met the qualifying standard for event(s) during the listed qualifying window.
Completed the declaration process (Declaration process/details can be found below).
Follow necessary COVID-19 Protocols to be announced.
Proof of qualifying performance, if requested, must be submitted to USATF no later than Sunday, June 13, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. PT. Any submittal received after this date will not be accepted. Please contact stats@usatf.org for verification procedures. USATF Rule 11.3(b) concerning adding athletes to make a competitive field, and USATF Rule 8 concerning automatic qualifications, will be used for the 2020 U.S. Olympic Trials.

*No late entries will be accepted, all registrations are final and no refunds will be issued.
Athletes will receive a confirmation page at the end of the entry process; please print a copy of the entry confirmation as proof of entry. To check the status of your entry, including declarations, visit the Status of Entries page.
Once properly entered, all athletes must complete the declaration process. In this process, you will:
DECLARE your intent to compete in each event entered and/or
SCRATCH from events in which you have submitted an entry, but in which you no longer choose to compete.
Each athlete or his/her representative must declare whether that athlete will or will not compete in each event they have entered.
DECLARATIONS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLINE. Online is the only method of declaration. No other form of declaration will be accepted.
Declarations will be accepted beginning Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at 12:01 a.m. PT.
Declarations will close on Monday, June 14th at 11:59 p.m. PT.
There is no late declaration period (see declarations appeal process).
Athletes may declare at any time within the declaration period.
Athletes not declaring by the event declaration deadline will be SCRATCHED from the event(s) entered.
The Status of Entries/Declarations web page will update hourly.
No late declarations will be accepted. However, an appeals process will be available for those athletes who wish to declare after the close of declarations for their event.
Appeals for late declaration will be accepted from June 15th at 12:01 a.m. PT until June 15th at 11:59 p.m. PT.
Appeals may be filed by emailing Michael.Nussa@usatf.org. However, please note that submission of an appeal does not guarantee acceptance into the Olympic Trials. Results of appeals will show on the Status of Entries page. No other notice will be given.
Appeals must be accompanied by a non-refundable $250 appeals fee.
