Packet Pick Up

Packet pick up will be available at the following times and locations:

Thursday, March 10^th
5:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. - Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex

Friday, March 11^th
 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. – Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex

Saturday, March 12^th
 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. – Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex

Sunday, March 13^th
7:30 a.m. to 1:00pm –Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex

Entry Information

Athletes 7-14 can click HERE to enter into the 2016 USATF Hershey National Youth Indoor Championships.
 
Athletes 15-18 can click HERE to enter into the 2016 USATF Hershey National Youth Indoor Championships.
Athletes in the 15-16, 17-18 and HS divisions do not need to qualify and can enter directly to nationals

Practice Times

Athletes can practice on the track  Thursday 3/10 from 6:00pm - 8:00pm

General Competition Info

There will be separate check-in areas for Running and Field events. Athletes must check in at the designated areas 45 minutes prior to the event's scheduled starting time. All athletes will be required to remain in the designated warm-up areas after checking in.

Warm-up Area: A 150 meter Mondo warm-up loop Warm-up is located on the first floor of the facility. Franklin D Roosevelt boardwalk is located across from the Ocean Breeze Facility.

Spikes: Only ¼” pyramid spikes are allowed on Mondo track surface.

Implements Weigh-in: At the track 90 minutes prior before each event.

Implements: Limited number of implements will be provided by meet management.

Opening Heights:
Opening heights for the High Jump and Pole Vault will be three increments below the Youth Performance Guidelines. Incremental increases will be 5 cm in the High Jump and 15 cm in the Pole Vault.

Pole Vault

Pole Vault: Refer to USATF Rule 302.5(n). All competitors must provide their own vaulting poles. Vault athletes must report to be weighed with their bib numbers and poles based on the schedule below. All poles will be inspected for manufacturers’ pole ratings and the maximum top hand hold position as determined by the manufacturer. The competitors’ weights must be at or below the manufacturers’ pole ratings. NO EXCEPTIONS. Poles will be impounded at the time of inspection. Athletes will pick-up their poles and report to the competition site at time of warm-up for the event.

Meet management will not be responsible for any pole that is shipped to or impounded at the meet without a hard protective case.
Weigh-in and pole inspection will take place at the vault venue one hour before each event.

Athletes may ship poles for delivery no later than Wednesday March 9, 2016. Shipments should be sent to the following address:

Awards

Medals will be presented to the top 6 in each event. Age groups 15-16 and 17-18 will receive championship rings
