The USATF Florida Association and Visit Jacksonville are committed to ensuring that your competition experience will be first class and that during your stay you will experience first-hand southern hospitality at its finest.
The 9,400-seat Hodges Stadium is a 9-lane Olympic quality track with Mondotrack SX surface. The track has full markings for all NCAA and IAAF events, including the ability to run directional events in either direction on either straight. All field event areas are within the stadium, including 4 horizontal jump pits, 8 pole vault locations, and multiple areas for each throwing event. To round out the package, the facility includes a full 400m, 3-lane warm-up track. Hodges Stadium is the host site for the 2014 and the 2015 NCAA East Region competition as well as the Florida State High School and Sun Valley Conference Championships. The Masters National Outdoor Championship will feature athletes ranging in age from 30-95+. Competition at each age group will display their speed, strength, and endurance. Track events will range from 100 meters to 10,000 meters race-walk, while field events will include the full range of jumps and throws.
