Registered Coach “RC”, Warm-up Pass “WP”, and Stadium Pass “SP” credentials are designed to allow an athlete’s coach and/or personal support access to the warm-up area, athlete seating or practice track for the purpose of preparing for competition. An individual must be 18 years of age or older to receive a credential and a current member of USA Track & Field. Individuals receiving the “RC” registered coach’s credential must also be a member of USA Track & Field’s Coaches Registry. Credentials are non-transferrable and each support person will only be allowed to receive one credential. Credentials can be obtained at Packet Pick Up in Bloomington, IN (Location TBD). Athletes will have the following credential options for their support persons:

RC - Registered Coach Credential (best option for coach) All coaches designated to receive a “RC” credential must be a current member of USATF and must be a current member of the USATF Coaches Registry, prior to receiving a “RC” credential. Individuals must have completed and been approved (be listed on the USATF Coaches Registry) prior to their arrival in Eugene, OR. Only the individuals specified by participating athletes for this purpose will be allowed to receive a “RC” credential. You will not have the option to sign up for the Coaches Registry on-site (Eugene) to obtain a coaches credential. WP - Warm-up Pass Credential (best option for personal medical) Personal support designated to receive a “WP” must be a current (2012) member of USATF. Please renew or sign-up for a membership at the following link: http://www.usatf.org/Products---Services/Individual-Memberships.aspx. Only the individuals specified by participating athletes for this purpose will be allowed to receive a “WP” credential. Personal medical receiving this pass must have a medical license on file with Sandy Snow. There is no stadium access with this credential.
Stadium Pass Credential (best option for family member or friend) Personal support designated to receive a “SP” must be a current (2012) member of USATF. Please renew or sign-up for a membership at the following link: http://www.usatf.org/Products---Services/Individual-Memberships.aspx. Only the individuals specified by participating athletes for this purpose will be allowed to receive a “SP” credential. There is no warm-up access with this credential. USATF reserves the right to deny or revoke a “RC”, “WP”, or “SP” credential to any personal support who USATF has reason to believe (a) has committed an anti- doping rule violation or materially contributed to the commission of an anti- doping rule violation; or (b) is under investigation by the United States Anti- Doping Agency (“USADA”) or other authorities with respect to a potential anti- doping rules violation; or (c) has engaged in conduct deemed by USATF to reflect a pattern of unethical behavior. The Robert C. Haugh Track and Field Complex on the campus of Indiana University will be open to athletes competing in the USA Outdoor Track & Field Championships for practice on the following days and times. Please note the bulleted individual practice time slots each sector will be open each day for the long throw events:
Please bring passports to World Junior Team Sign-Up! The 2012 USA Junior Outdoor Track & Field Championships will serve as the selection meet for 2012 IAAF World Junior Championships (http://www.usatf.org/Events---Calendar/2012/IAAF-World-Junior-Championships.aspx). The top four finishers in each event (the top six finishers in the 100m and 400m) will be asked to complete World Junior Championships team processing. All athletes will be required to complete team sign-up in order to be eligible for the team. Those who do not complete team sign-up by 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 17th will forfeit their rank for selection to the team. To be eligible for the World Junior Championships athletes must be under the age of 20, but at least 16 years of age on December 31, 2012 (only athletes born in 1993, 1994, 1995, and 1996 can be entered) and have achieved the 2012 World Junior Championships qualifying standards during the qualification period (http://www.usatf.org/Events---Calendar/2012/IAAF-World-Junior-Championships/Athlete-Info/Qualifying-Standards.aspx). Athletes should bring the following to team processing:
* All athletes planning to make the 2012 World Junior Team who do not already have a valid passport should apply for their passports now. Athletes must have a current passport good for at least 6 months after return from Barcelona, Spain. Athletes should have passports with them when they enter the team sign-up area at the 2012 USA Junior Outdoor Track & Field Championships. Athletes must compete in the 2012 USA Junior Outdoor Track & Field Championships to be eligible for the World Junior Team.
Athletes will be notified by a member of the World Junior Championships staff of the team sign-up location immediately after the final of their event. Athletes must complete team processing on the day of their finals. We strongly suggest coming to the team sign-up room immediately after drug testing. Friday, June 15 - 4:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Saturday, June 16 - 4:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. Sunday, June 17 -10:00a.m. – 11:00 a.m. / 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Please schedule at least 45 minutes for Team Processing when making your travel arrangements.
