Kate Grace is the daughter of Stephen Grace and Kathy Smith, who is a fitness instructor. She graduated second in her class at Yale, where she studied environmental studies. Over her nearly decade-long professional career so far, Grace has been sponsored by multiple brands and has trained with multiple clubs, and for the past few years she’s trained in multiple different cities each year.
