Rob Mullett joined USA Track & Field in 2024 after working in event management and operations for several major running organizations.
Before joining USATF, Mullett served as an Event Manager with Atlanta Track Club and as Senior Event & Operations Manager with Beyond Monumental. His responsibilities included event planning, operations and the delivery of running events.
Mullett also has an extensive background as an elite athlete. A native of Seaford, England, he represented Great Britain at the 2016 Olympic Games and was a three-time British champion in the steeplechase.
His experience as both an athlete and event professional has included competition at the international level as well as managing running events and programs. At USATF, he works with the organization's long-distance running programs and initiatives.
Mullett's responsibilities include supporting athletes and programs across long-distance running and contributing to the development and administration of USATF's distance-running activities.
His athletic career included competing internationally for Great Britain, while his professional career has included work on the organizational side of the sport in the United States.
Mullett continues to run recreationally. Outside of running and work, he enjoys paddle boarding and fishing.
